1. Monthly fee : Tk. 2,000/-
2. One set karate uniform (Dogi) : Tk. 2,000/-
3. Registration : Tk. 3,000/-

Required Documents:
1. 3 copies of passport-size photo
2. Identity documents (copy of NID or Birth Certificate)
3. Documents relating to your current profession
4. Documents relating to your current residence (any bill or rent receipt copy)
5. Documents relating to your permanent address
6. For underage individuals, you must submit a parent's NID copy with a signed copy and one passport-size photo
